How it works…simple…we ask a series of questions to a particular Aardvark…you examine their answers…and you tell us who it is! If you guess that Aardvark correctly, you will receive a complimentary autograph!

Need a reminder of our players? Have a look at the roster.

Ok…here we go!

Interviewer: Rate the following activities in order from most important to least important: combining your hair, hockey, driving to work, watching TV and vacation.

Aardvark in question: Hockey, combing my hair, watching TV, vacation and driving to work. Driving to work is very monotonous.

Interviewer: What is your favourite pre-rec game meal?

Aardvark in question: Probably a Bud Light or two.

Interviewer:  Who would you rather have on your rec team: Ulf Samuelsson or Esa Tikkanen

Aardvark in question: Do I really have to pick one? Next question.

Interviewer: What song do you sing while you are in the shower?

Aardvark in question: I’m Too Sexy by Right Said Fred.

Interviewer: What member of the Aardvarks reminds you most of a NHLer from  past or present?

Aardvark in question: Gunner reminds me of Chris Kunitz. They both are having trouble finding the back of the net this season.

Interviewer: What’s the furthest you travelled to play a hockey game?

Aardvark in question: It was so long ago that I hardly remember. Somewhere by the US border cause I believe we went across to buy some cigarillos. Ended up burning a hole in my jersey.

Interviewer: How many times have you washed your hockey towel this rec season?

Aardvark in question: I think maybe once. That’s a big job for me.

Interviewer: What is your least favourite arena to play in? What is your favourite arena to play in?

Aardvark in question: I like Riverton when it’s not that cold out because we can play longer games there. A real hockey player plays anywhere so it don’t matter what barn I play in.

Interviewer: Thank you for your time!

Aardvark in question: Alright.

To play, fill in the form below. Good luck!

Chris Pronger poll results

Congratulations to Aardvark’s defenceman, Dwight Thompson, on receiving 46.15% of the votes for which Aardvark best resembles 2015 Hockey Hall of Fame inductee Chris Pronger!

Like Pronger, Thompson is a stingy defenceman who has a nasty streak when needed. If Thompson is on the ice and you do not feel like a battle, dump the puck and go for a change.

Thanks to all of those that participated! Make sure to cast your vote in the next Aardvark poll.

November report

Caleb Kanteluk is off to his best season yet, notching 9 goals and 8 assists in 6 games, while J Fuz is having another stellar season. With five games in December, the Aardvarks are hoping to get above .500 before the Christmas break.
